Refund and Exchange

Know your store's REFUND AND EXCHANGE policy, we created this for relaxation in your mind and to keep your focus on selecting the best style that looks good on you. Your satisfaction is our belief.

  • Size matters: Each garment we deliver you must be a good fit to you, so we request if you feel your body type is differing with the size chart we provided, feel free to mark notes while placing your order, we shall try to get best fit for you, but please note changing the size of garment from our standard size requires a prepaid order. Garment you received isn't a good fit for you, please feel free to communicate us by mail at or Whatsapp on 7073290814 at earliest in 24-48 Hours from the date of delivery of the product, team will be happy to help you for exchange your product with a customized size.
  • Sunday & National Holidays are non working hours for our support team so please be relaxed if you don't get a reply on these days. After dropping a message our team will respond to you at earliest for sure.
  • Placed Exchange request: Once exchange request is placed it's assigned to our logistics partner to collect the parcel (we request you to please deliver entire product as received by you, logistic partner are supposed to take photograph of the product while pickup), as soon as the parcel is received in the warehouse team does a QC like any worn, damaged, washed, altered, any spots, tags of garment or such things, post QC issuing exchange is automatic process and shipped within 24 working hours. Please hand over the original packing of the garment.
  • Hassle free pickups: Exchange pickup will be initiated for the order by team Meda Lifestyle. 
  • Products purchased against Coupon code/Store Credit are not applicable for exchange or return. We request you to kindly check the size and ask our representative to guide you for any queries. 
  • Tempered or open parcel: In case the Parcel you are receiving is tempered or in open condition at the time of delivery, kindly do not accept the parcel, you can take a photograph of the same and convey the same to the customer care executive of Meda Lifestyle. We will handle the case and find the best solution for you.
  • Where to request for exchange: Please use our mail/Whats app provided above, posting exchange request on social media creates a bad repo of yours in public and the request remains unsolved as concern team doesn't have access of these (Facebook, Facebook messenger, Instagram, etc) 
  • REFUND on Human Errors in QC: All products undergo a high QC and we ensure the products without any defect before we deliver them. If you receive defective garment feel free to communicate with the team on provided mail/whatsapp, we value your investment and you shall get REFUND for the same.
  • Products differ from picture: Sometimes color of the garment you may feel different, this is due to hi light during photoshoot still if you feel garment is differing with the picture shown on website feel free to communicate with team, exchange can be initiated. 
  • Cancellation- Changed your mind for a different style, no worry please communicate us on or Whatsapp on   +91 7073290814. If your order is prepaid the amount will be refunded to you. 
  • Refund will be initiated within 15 days.
  • Return will be accepted within 7 days.


Coupon Code- 

  • Preset validity of coupon code is 30 days (one month) but no worries your investment is safe and it's extendable for another month upon your request.
