Returns and Refund Policy

At Meda Lifestyle, we take pride in the exceptional quality of our handcrafted items. Our attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is unwavering, just as our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:

  1. Quality/Manufacturing Defects:

    If you receive an item with quality or manufacturing defects that are not acceptable, please photograph it immediately upon opening the packaging.

    Note: Slight variations in color, design, or appearance due to screen settings are normal for handmade items and not considered defects.

  2. Incorrect Item Delivered:

    If you receive an item different from what you ordered or if there's a misrepresentation due to a technical error, contact us immediately.

  3. Exchange Requests:

    You may request an exchange if the item needs a size alteration or replacement due to a change of mind. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  4. Complete Returns:

    Certain items are eligible for return and refund. A fixed charge of INR 999/- is deducted for return shipping, service fees, or operational expenses.

Process for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email at or WhatsApp +91 9351477900, providing your order number, contact details, and product picture if possible.
  • Return the product in its original condition to the address specified on our website.

Exchange Details:

  • Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or higher value. No refunds will be issued for price differences on exchanges to lower-priced items.
  • We are not liable for the availability or listing errors of certain merchandise chosen for exchange.


  • Refunds for quality defects or incorrect items will be initiated within 7–10 working days upon receiving the product in our warehouse.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and with original packaging, labels, and tags intact. Altered or illegible serial numbers will void returns.
  • Our team will inspect returned items for quality issues as per your concerns.
  • Cooperation with our customer support team ensures a smooth refund or exchange process.

Additional Policies:

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once production begins.
  • Monogrammed/Personalized Items: Non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
  • Sale and Clearance Items: Final sale, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
  • Discounted Items: Items purchased with discount codes or coupons are not eligible for return or exchange.

Due to the handmade nature of our textiles, slight variations in color, pattern, and design are to be expected and are not defects. Actual colors may vary from what you see on your screen due to display differences.
